  ARE YOU INTERESTED IN FINDING OUT WHAT’S UNDER THE SEA OR EXPERIENCING A LOCAL IN-WATER SCUBA EXPERIENCE?

Come learn about experiencing scuba diving for people with all types of disabilities and HSA & PADI certifications from the Handicapped Scuba Association. Representatives from The Scuba Shack of Fredericksburg and Patriot Scuba Diving of Occoquan will share their love and knowledge of diving and let people with disabilities know how they can experience it too.

There will be a follow up meeting for those interested in an in-water DISCOVER Scuba experience.

The Building Blocks for Healthy Independent Living

This is a 6-week class taught by an independent living specialist and a certified fitness instructor.

 

Orientation for families will be June 20, 2013

 at the dRC from 10 to 11am.

 

Classes will be held:

 Thursdays June 27 to Aug 8 (except July 4), 10am-Noon

 

Cost is $35 and includes a workbook.
